Shipping Rates for Gift Certificates Shipping for gift certificates is free. Purchases paid for with gift certificates will incur shipping rates as outlined in our Shipping Policy. Shipping Information Babyland Online currently ships within the United States and to all APO/FPO addresses. Babyland Online ships orders via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the United States Postal Service based on the fastest delivery time available for your order. Shipping Surcharges Large or Oversized items may have additional shipping charges because they are heavier and cost more to ship than standard items. Please note that any additional charges will be listed in the Shipping Information section of the item's detail page and will be added at checkout in addition to any standard shipping charges that apply to your order. Some very large or heavy items (including most furniture) will need to be delivered via a Freight Carrier. Standard Freight Delivery charges will also be listed on the product detail pages and added at checkout. Shipping times for these items may vary from those listed based on carrier scheduling. Once the items have reached your local area, the Freight Carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time between Monday-Friday. Shipping Rates to HI, AK, and APO/FPO addresses Babyland LLC may ship at it's discretion orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses. When you place an order for delivery to such an address, you will be sent a shipping quote via e-mail within 2 business days, only if there is an additional charge to ship to your location above our standard shipping rates. Please note that our standard shipping rates reflected in the shopping cart and during online checkout are only valid for street addresses within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 States). You will have the option to accept the shipping charges specified in the quote and arrange for payment of the balance due or cancel your order. If you have not responded to approve the additional shipping fees by the date listed in the e-mail, your order will be automatically canceled and no charges will be made to your credit card. Oversized items may not be available to ship to all locations. Freight delivery is not available to HI, AK, or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times vary depending on final destination and delivery to remote locations may take longer, up to 8+ weeks. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses are subject to military schedules, potential customs delays, and foreign mail service schedules depending on final destination. Refusal of Delivery At Babyland LLC, we are committed to keeping shipping costs down and ensuring you continue to receive the lowest prices on quality products. For this reason, we must charge additional shipping costs for orders refused on delivery. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Babyland LLC and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with our free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card. Refusal of delivery shipping charges will not apply to orders damaged in shipping. Incorrect Shipping Address Provided Babyland LLC charges and an additional shipping cost for orders returned to us or re-routed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Shipping charges cover the cost of sending an order back to Babyland LLC or getting re-routed to its intended address and apply even if the order was shipped for free to the customer with out free shipping promotion. When we receive the order, we will refund the amount of the order, less the shipping costs, to the credit card. Missing Packages When your order is shipped, we notify you via e-mail which includes a tracking number. Packages typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at your shipping destination. You can use the tracking number to get the transit status and expected delivery dates. If your package is not received in accordance with the expected delivery date provided by the shipper, please contact customer service within 5 business days, and we will file a claim for you with the shipper. If you do not notify customer service within 5 days after the shippers expected delivery date, provide an invalid email address, or provide an incorrect address, the package and all associated shipping charges are your responsibility. Changing or Canceling an Order Due to our fast shipping, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the order has been processed. Return Policy Babyland Online is committed to providing our customers with quality products at affordable prices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return qualified items within 30 days of delivery date and we will gladly issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. All qualified merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt will be credited 100% of the purchase price minus actual shipping and handling charges. If you receive items that are damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the broken parts, if possible, or ship a replacement to you free of charge. Actual tax amounts charged will appear in your order confirmation. Purchasing Gift Certificates Babyland LLC sell gift certificates for any amount. There are several preset amounts available to combine as you please listed as regular items in our store here at Babyland Online. All certificates purchased online will be combined into one amount and sent to the recipient as one gift certificate unless customer notes otherwise. If you require an amount not obtainable by combining the preset amounts, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will mail your gift certificate, which may include a personalized gift message, to the recipient within 48 hours of your purchase free of shipping charges. Redeeming Gift Certificates Gift Certificates can be redeemed at any Babyland store location or here at Babyland Online. To redeem online, simply type your certificate number (located in the bottom left corner of the card) and the amount you wish to use in the comments box during the ordering process. The order total will reflect the full purchase price during checkout and a corrected receipt will be sent to you via e-mail once the order has been processed.
